Leather Cleaning

We are proud to offer a complete solution to leather cleaning. We have been trained by LTT Leathercare in Harrogate who are the leading leather training providers in the UK and train delegates from all over the world. Regular professional cleaning and protection will significantly increase the life of your leather furniture.

We are specially trained to deal with all types of leather including pigmented, aniline and nubuck. We will fully assess your leather before commencing any work.

How we clean your leather furniture:

1. Pre Vacuuming (where necessary) – We use a commercial vacuum cleaner to remove as much dry soil and compounded pet hair as possible.
2. Stain Treatment and Leather foam cleaner – This is the stage where we will treat any complex stains including, tea, wine, ink or oil based. After these stains have been treated we apply a professional foam cleaner one area at a time. The foam gently breaks down the dirt on the leather without causing damage to the protective top coat.
3. Agitation – This step is a very important part. We use special soft brushes and pads to work the cleaning solution into the leather getting deep down into the grain of the leather.
4. Drying – Using a new drying towel for each section we remove all of the cleaning solution leaving beautifully clean leather.
5. Applying Leather Protector – After a deep clean the leather needs to be protected to prolong the life and to help protect from unwanted accidents and spillages. We always apply two coats of protector for maximum protection.
6. Applying de-odouriser – We finish by applying a deodoriser which leaves your leather furniture smelling lovely and fresh and reintroduces that incredible new leather aroma.
