A very professional company, excellent service and highly recommended

wonderful job done on our carpet once again. Thank you Mark and Susie? (apologies if I've yr name wrong) on time, polite and nothing too much trouble. Would thoroughly recommend

Suzie and Mark cleaned our carpets yesterday. They were very friendly, respectful of the house & contents and brilliant at what they do. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Thanks guys.

I would highly recommend! Really lovely friendly service, and they have worked wonders on our carpets! They have managed to remove marks that have been there for years, and great attention to detail too. Very knowledgeable, made sure I was aware about the aftercare. And very considerate of your home, belongings and pets! Most importantly, a very decent price! I’d shopped around for a few quotes, but these guys came on top. I’m so pleased with their work and would highly recommend to anyone! 🙂

Mark and MW carpets are without doubt one of the best businesses I have dealt with. They are very professional, courteous and polite. The job they done was exceptional, I cannot recommend them enough. Well done the team 5 out of 5.

I’ve had my living room hall, stairs and landings cleaned. But it looks like I’ve had a brand new carpet fitted. I don’t know how they do it but this company really deep cleans and brings up the pile of the carpet so it all looks like the day it was laid. I just hope they stay in business forever because no other carpet cleaner has been this good !!

Mark came to clean our cream sofa. The sofa was marked by numerous attempts at trying to clean stains off ourselves. The end result was a sofa that looked like new! Mark was courteous and nothing was too much trouble. Would thoroughly recommend.

From start to finish Mark and his team were great. Carpets have never been so clean, nothing was a problem even though im on the second floor with loads of stairs. Stains removed perfectly and was left a spot spray cleaner too. would definitely use again.

You cleaned the carpets in a rental flat we own. Very good job. Professional. Very pleased!

Fantastic work quick and professional, cannot recommend enough
Have spread the word!
Many thanks
Anna and Peter .

Absolutely recommend Mark and his team. Excellent results on our very pale grey wool carpets! Such a lovely chap too. Thank you

Can't recommend this company highly enough. Very response, quick and professional. An excellent job done on 2 bedrooms and stairs/landing carpets. Thank you Mark and Suzi.

Mark delivered a highly professional service and showed care in all he did. I thoroughly recommend the company.

We called in Mark to work his magic again on tomato sauce stains on our cream carpet – once again , Mark has come up trumps , spending time and effort on making these stains completely disappear . Thank you Mark , we thought we'd have to buy a new carpet !!

Please do not hesitate to contact Mark , such a lovely man , reliable , courteous , and an excellently priced service . We have used his company many times now , and have always been completely satisfied . Highly recommended !!

Mark did a great job, and was very polite - I would recommend

I have had our carpets and rugs cleaned today, and am 100% pleased with the results. Mark and the young lady (sorry I didn’t get her name) were courteous, polite and very helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Mark was incredibly responsive and scheduled us for the following week right after we spoke. He did an excellent job—quick, efficient, and highly effective. We are thrilled with how our carpet turned out and will certainly recommend him to all our friends.
Thank you, Mark!

Absolutely first class, friendly, trusted service. We had a few stains on our stairs which I thought would never come out. Literally could not be more pleased. I can 100% recommend.
